OUR CAPABILITES
In addition to our manufactured products, Drake has a capable shop for all you machining and manufacturing needs:
4 axis CNC Milling and Turning
Our 4 axis CNC mills and lathes allow for high precision, efficient machining. Drake can build the parts you need whether its one piece or one thousand pieces.
Large Diameter CNC Turning
Our larger lathes allow us to thread casing, flanges, and anything else you need. We regularly thread pup joints in 8RD, 10RD and V threads.
Tube Honing
Our Sunnen HTA4100 allows us to hone tubes from 1-1/2" ID and up and up to a 12' length.
Downhole Pump Rebuilds
We have a stocked pump shop and can rebuild with Drake or Harbision Fisher parts. We stock Darcova, Tungsten Trim Works, and Lubrikup balls/seats, cups, and flange rings.
